Home Depot Kids Workshop | FREE Project

What: Home Depot Kid’s Workshop (includes a kid’s size Home Depot apron, craft kit you build onsite, certificate and pin)
When: First Saturday of Every Month, 9 – 12 pm
Where: Any Home Depot Store
Cost: FREE

If you’ve got a young carpenter at home, then mark your calendar for the first Saturday of every month when The Home Depot hosts Home Depot Kids Workshop. Each month a corner of the store is set aside from 9 – 12 pm for kids to hammer and glue a wooden project. It’s a free event and in addition to the project they make, the kids also get a junior sized Home Depot apron, certificate and pin. My kids have enjoyed bringing their crafts home and painting them, plus we’ve used several of the projects around the house. Sometimes, we even give them as gifts. This Saturday is a heart shelf.

  1. Hello Ms. Sue
Do you have any workshops thru the week for school aged students (4 yrs old). We would love to visit your establishment as some of our student have never been there before.

  2. Can a school group plan a trip to experience this activity during the week? If so, would that include costs? We would bring parents which would support Home Depot but more importantly… the trip would support our unit on Buildings/Homes.
